Blower and Vacuum

I am a professional handyman and have recently become aware of.Rutlands. I need tools that are well made, well designed, durable & because I need a wide variety of tools on my van, they need to be reasonably priced. At present most of my hand power tools are Dewalt. But i have chosen Evolution for larger tools and frankly I have been underwhelmed by the performance of both my table saw and cross cut and was looking to sell my table saw and buy a Dewalt one after using a chippies one on site one day. I loved the accuracy of the fence rack & pinion fence & drop down extension. Probably one of my biggest tool purchases for site, the price was more than i wanted to pay. Then i stumbled across the Rutland table saw on Youtube and it caught my eye, so i ventured over to the Rutland website. After checking all the specs agaist the more expensive Dewalt one there seemed to bit very little to separate them and eventually put my preorder in for the saw & signed up for the newsletter. The handheld blower\vacuum caught my eye for the good price, well thought out design with the built in stand& flexible nozzle all in a small compact unit. I already have a cordless Dewalt vac to hook up my hand tools but its not that powerful when it comes to clean up. so i thought that this would be worth adding to my tools to help with cleaning up at the end of the day. After placing my order it arrived the following day & my initial thoughts were that it looked very robust & the quality exceeded my expectations. When i plugged it in..... wow, it's a powerful little thing in both directions. My first day using it, cut my cleanup time vastly, blowing the dust from the surrounding items which I would have previously used my soft brush & portable vac. The following day i was sawing trim with my vac attached to the saw and thought i'd try the new Rutlands vacuum stood on its stand to help with the dust not collected in the attached vac. The difference it made was substantial, meaning less mess to clear up at the end of the day. Its been a great investment & in just over a week this little tornado has probably paid for itself in time saved. I am blown away (sic), and now cant wait for my new table saw to arrive. And if that is as good as Ive found this blower vacuum to be. I will be seriously be considering Rutlands when it comes to replacing any of my tools in the future.

I have a very small workshop and dust just covers everything real quick which creates another irritating step before painting when cleaning it off with a rag that is perpetually dusty. Anyway, this noisy, lightweight, powerful little blower makes short work of moving the dust elsewhere. In fact I'm blowing dust off everything I own. It has variable speed too - now, I'm normally a full power for everything type of chap but this is a really useful feature which I recommend when sensitivity is required. Doubt I'll ever use the suction option but I've got 2 to Rutland vacuums for that!

Just right for a small area, my workshop is a small garden shed, the vacuum is strong enough to suck up sawdust from awkward places. The only minus is the vacuum nozzle comes out at the side making it a bit awkward to hold.

Fantastic little machine. A very handy piece of kit. Very strong blower for its size and a good vacuum for dust. Anything bigger than dust clogs up but great for spot cleaning awkward areas. Honestly surprised at how powerful this thing is and I highly recommend this to anyone.

I purchased this blower as I have completely kitted out my garage into a woodworking shop, which means I don't have room for expensive dust extraction. I thought this blower would help move some of the dust away from my work.. I was shocked how powerful it was. After the initial blowing the dust everywhere, daily use with this has kept my workshop completely clear of dust.
