This axe jig slides back and forth on the arm of the universal jig holder and is height adjusted to suit the angle of bevel requires on the axe. The bevel angle will then be consistent over the full length of the blade. The head clamps the axe head in position to ensure a strong hold and the rotation of the stone presses the axe into the jig. ©
