Roller and Ball Stand with Anti-Drop Post and Levelling Feet - 220kg

This versatile roller and ball stand provides fast, tool-free switching between a 375mm long roller or a row of 8 multi-directional roller balls. Constructed from heavy gauge 51mm box-section steel, the stand delivers exceptional stability and a load capacity of 220kg. The stand acts as an extension to the worktables of machinery, ensuring the safe, smooth and controlled in-feed or out-feed of workpieces requiring additional support, ideal for planers, thicknessers, table saws, mitre saws and more.

To switch in seconds between roller or ball bearings, simply swing the ball bearing bar up and push down to lock into place. The 60mm diameter roller bar runs on two sealed ball race bearings to prevent fine dust ingress and ensure smooth, trouble-free rotation. Unlike the roller bar, the 8 steel roller balls provide 360° all-round movement, allowing boards or sheet material to be pushed and turned in all directions.

The stand is height adjustable from 760mm to 1200mm, and features a safety inspired wedged post design, ensuring that the load does not drop down during adjustment. Twin locking knobs provide assured support once the height has been set. Each leg features cam-action levelling feet, rotatable to ensure stable support on uneven workshop floors. When not required, the stand folds down neatly to take up minimal storage space, and will self-stand even when the legs are fully closed. Each heavy gauge steel component is epoxy powder coated to provide a hard-wearing, chip resistant finish to withstand the rigors of workshop use. ©
