These router table roller guides ensure smooth, unhindered feeding of the workpiece across the router table, either vertically or horizontally, enhancing user safety whilst improving the accuracy and consistency of cut. Improving upon the standard feather board design, each individual roller compresses over a 5mm range and features independently adjustable tension control. This allows you to switch seamlessly between slight variations in stock thickness without readjusting the height of the guides, minimising downtime at the router table.
Each 10mm wide polyurethane wheel is fractionally angled, keeping the workpiece pressed against the fence as it is fed across the table. The non-slip wheels grip the work securely, whilst ensuring no marking or scratching on finished surfaces. The wheels are mounted onto ultra smooth, friction-free bearings, shielded against dust and debris ingress.
Supplied with each guide is a pair of mitre slider bars for industry standard 19mm mitre channels, allowing use on router tables, table saws, bandsaws or any other machinery requiring controlled workpiece guidance. T slot bolts and square nuts are supplied for use within 6.3mm and 8.3mm T track, perfect for mounting onto Rutlands® router table fences.
The guides are CNC machined from aluminium and beautifully finished with a black electro-coating for wear and corrosion resistance. Supplied as a pack of 2. ©
