This mobile floor stand allows the Rutlands® R8578 Wall-Mount Dust Collector to be used in a horizontal position, providing quick and easy mobilisation around the workshop. The stand is manufactured from thick steel pressings, providing strength and rigidity to support the weight of the dust collector above. Each steel component is epoxy powder coated in the same hard-wearing, chip resistant finish as the dust collector for a seamless appearance once installed.
Four 360° swivel castors provide smooth, unrestricted movement across the workshop floor and feature hard-wearing, non-marring 50mm polyurethane wheels. The stand maintains easy access to the dust collector's grab handle, allowing the unit to be pulled around the workshop in a controlled manner. When portability is not required, the castors can simply be removed, and the stand and dust collector hung onto a wall with suitable wall hooks using the two mounting holes.
This floor stand is not recommended for use with the Fine Filter Cartridge due to the added asymmetrical load. ©
