This dust extractor offers outstanding performance and thorough cleaning in the home and workshop, capturing the finest, most harmful dust particles down to 0.3 micron. In Germany this dust extractor is used by more than 150,000 carpenters and craftsmen to maintain a dust-free workplace. The dust extractor is compact and lightweight and can be carried with one hand, including the hose and accessories, due to the onboard tool storage.

The 1200W motor has enormous suction power of 260 mbar and features variable air-flow control, to adjust the suction to suit all floor surfaces. Extremely quiet in use at just 65dB, you can conveniently switch on and off by hand or foot. Any 230V power tool, less than 1500W can be plugged into the head of the dust extractor and the automated socket then activates the dust extractor simultaneously with the connected power tool. The dust extractor will run for a further 5 seconds after the power tool is switched off to clear any dust left in the hose.

The dust extractor has four-fold dust filtration, comprising of a HEPA fleece filter bag, HEPA filter cartridge, HEPA filter basket and HEPA filter sponge to ensure that the air re-entering the atmosphere is clean. Large, rubberised wheels offer stability and agility at the same time and the 5m heavy-duty rubber power cord can be safely stowed on the large, lockable cable hook. The body of the dust extractor is made from a high impact polypropylene to withstand the knocks and bumps associated with professional use. The dust extractor is supplied with a 2m highly flexible kink-proof hose, 2 x 500mm aluminium straight tubes, 300mm floor head, 100mm floor head, crevice tool, fleece filter bag and a stepped rubber adaptor to connect to the ports of power tools.

Great workshop vacuum / dust extractor

Seems very well made and is nice and quiet (obviously it's not really silent ;-)). Seems to also have very good suction and airflow. Is smaller and lighter than I expected (a good thing), but dust collection capacity looks to be good, a large proportion of the overall volume. Was missing the instruction book, but customer support very quickly rectified that. All in all very happy with it so far.

Outstanding

Works just as described. A very efficient design so it stores away very easily and it's as quiet as you'd hope a hoover to be. All attachments included will cover every basic task you can think of.

A great little hoover

I purchased this hoover as a back up to our very expensive site extractor. It's quite, sucks well and does a great job.
It's also quite small and compact so easy to carry around.
Also great customer service when I had a question.
We have now purchased 3 Rutland tools to back up our main Festool items. They seem to be a really great 2nd string.

Brilliant piece of kit, wish I'd found it earlier

Fantastic vacuum.

Excellent efficient service as always. I was intrigued to hear the vacuum against the Charlie version I had, the motor was 300watts higher so thought not chance but must have been many decibels quieter! All the utensils were adequate and good quality and the reducer a good addition.
