Look great bargain at the price
The motor on my dust extractor had a blue flash when I switched it on , this developed over the past couple of weeks.
I explained the issue to Matt who asked for some pictures of the motor brushes.
Matt explained that they looked worn.
I received two replacement brushes in the post, fitted both and the problem has been resolved.
Excellent communication from Matt, prompt delivery and the extractor is back on line.

Really happy with my purchase, the best price i could find for the kit, amazing value for money 8 different attachments, you'd be paying more than that for just a chuck on other sites. I needed an M30 x 3.5 which is really hard to find so I bought an M33 x 3.5 and bought a reducing bit. Jut put it on the lathe and turns perfectly, no wobble.
very solid and nicely machined router lift .... I have not used the router yet but I hope it would function as good asit looks

Best water stone I've ever had, sharpest tools I've ever had. Excellent piece of kit.
Setup quick and easy, everything zeroed straight out of the box. Pleasure to use, made mince meat of the 45 meter fence panel.
It makes clean straight cuts, but I wish they had included clamps for the rail.
This is a really robust fence that will stand up to lots of use. The two sizes of posts is a great feature.
Really don’t think you could buy anything better for the money. Low cost but certainly not cheap. Well made, good weight and feel. Definitely be buyi g more of this brand

As others say it jerks into action but you get used to it.
Personally I would prefer to spend a little more and have a stoft start and braked motor.
I had a little problem with one of the tightening bolts being bent in transit. Customer service were great and sorted me out promptly.
The stand seems sturdy and well made. again great value.
Rutlands is a good site to purchase most of what you need from in 1 place

Exactly what I needed. Enables me to use my chuck on my Nova DVR XP and in my Nova Comet with the minimum of fuss. Solidly built with a weighty feel to it - and a good price too. Just the job!

I always like to have a spare set of carbide tips in my workshop.
I haven’t used them yet as the carbide tips I’m currently using are still very sharp which also came from Rutlands.
If you want excellent quality at a reasonable price then I’d definitely recommend them.
The set of 3 Carbide wood turning tools are absolutely amazing.
I’ve been turning for over 25 years using HSS Chisels and I can say since using the carbide tools, it’s so much easier because as soon as the tip becomes blunt, you can simply turn the blade or replace it.
The Rutland carbide turning tools are extremely well made and feel very comfortable in your hand when turning.
I thought the price was excellent and to be honest I’d have paid more because the price doesn’t match the outstanding quality of the tools.
